Scenario Overview - Observability and Troubleshooting
This scenario investigates throughput, latency, failure, queuing, and resource issues from model, tenant, and infrastructure views.
Applicable Roles
- Operator, Provider, and End User
Goals
- Establish impact and time range before choosing a monitoring view.
- Map an error to a request, model, workload, node, or device.
- Produce reviewable evidence without complete credentials.
Scenario Flow
Main path: Define the symptom and time → Locate the failing layer → Collect correlated evidence → Fix and retest
| Stage | Key Result |
|---|---|
| 1. Define the symptom | User, model, deployment, workload, and time range are recorded accurately |
| 2. Locate the layer | The issue is assigned to calls, deployment, scheduling, node, device, or access |
| 3. Collect evidence | Logs, events, monitoring, and configuration share one timeline |
| 4. Fix and retest | The remediation is explicit and the original request or workload passes retest |
Before You Start
- Prepare a redacted request, instance, or workload identifier.
- Define tenant, region, model, and time range.
Recommended Reading Order
- Establish impact
- Review call or workload state
- Drill down to nodes and devices
- Record evidence and retest

Completion Checklist
Purpose: These are the scenario exit criteria. Use them to decide whether the outcome is observable and reviewable and whether you can continue to the next scenario. They do not repeat the procedure; if any item fails, return to the relevant feature guide and follow its troubleshooting section.
| Check | Pass Criteria |
|---|---|
| 1 | The affected object, time range, and reproducible symptom are recorded. |
| 2 | Logs, events, monitoring, or configuration evidence identifies a specific layer and object. |
| 3 | After remediation or workaround, the original request or workload passes retest without repeated errors. |
